If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us. At Savira London, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction with every product purchased from our partners. If you're experiencing issues with shipping or your product and feel frustrated, please contact us so our team can assist you right away.
How can I return all or part of my order?
If you decide to return your item(s) within the 14-day withdrawal period, we will refund the full amount of your order within 5 business days after we have received the product. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse return shipping costs.
To return your product, please follow these steps:

Send an email to info@savira-london.co.uk stating that you wish to return all or part of your order.

Wait for a response from our customer service team confirming whether we can accept the return. You will also receive the return form.

If your return is approved, follow the instructions provided.

Carefully repackage the product, ideally in its original packaging.

Ship the return to the return address provided by customer service and share the Track & Trace code with us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the returned item(s) using the original payment method.
Please note that returns are not accepted in the following cases:

Sealed products: If the seal is broken, we cannot accept a return.

Custom-made or personalised items.

Products from the categories Beauty, Baby & Children, and Sports cannot be returned due to hygiene measures (unless the product is still in its original sealed packaging).
Immediate Order Cancellation
You can only cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. Please email us at info@savira-london.co.uk within that time frame to cancel.
Damaged Items on Arrival
We’re so sorry! Sometimes items may get damaged during transit. If you've received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product. After this period, we unfortunately cannot process returns.
For a fast resolution, please email us with a clear photo of the damaged part of the item.
The best way to take a photo is on a flat surface, with both the label and defect clearly visible. We use these images to help resolve your issue and avoid future errors.

Defects or Faults After Use
How frustrating! Sometimes a manufacturing defect may appear over time. This must be a genuine defect – meaning a part is broken or no longer meets the standards set by the manufacturer. Please note that wear and tear is not covered.

Why can’t I return beauty or hygiene products?
Due to hygiene and safety standards, items like underwear, swimwear, makeup, hair styling tools, and beauty products cannot be returned – unless still sealed in the original packaging. This is common practice across the industry.
Are return shipping costs covered?
No, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Can I return a product without contacting you first?
No, you must contact us before returning anything, as the return address may differ from the original shipping address.
